Chris was chillin' the other night...nothin' was happenin'....just chillin' out...watchin' some t.v. Wow, there's not even anything on. This is terrible. Mom and Dad are watching this stupid show called "Bridezillas." Its really stupid, but I can't seem to divert my attention at all. This is craziness. I wonder if Mom and Dad are thinking the same thing I am. I really hope so. Seems Dad has that damned camera again...let me give him a cute pose so he'll leave me the hell alone....

The Sabatos and Aunt Jenna Come to Visit

So, my Uncle Mike, Aunt Debbie, their baby daughter (who is now amazingly almost 22 years old...how time flies), and my Aunt Jenna came to Levittown to visit the Kane family and Grammy Stevie. Surprisingly enough, they too, thought Christopher was cute and amazing, although I'm beginning to think people are just telling me that! Anyways, the Sabatos were in the area from Anchorage, AK, and my Aunt Jenna from Jersey somewhere (I can't remember which city...sorry Aunt Jenna). So we met at my house, exchanged pleasantries, and departed to meal at the local Charlie Brown's Steakhouse. My mother and Aunts drank like fish and stuck Uncle Mike with the bill! (We actually split it between Uncle Mike and myself). They took my mother to Atlantic City to gamble (its going to be hard to believe, but she lost all the money she brought!). She had fun and is now back to work babysitting Christopher during the day. It was a nice time with family I have to say.

Christopher's 1st Swim

Chris has his first ever time in the "Big Boy" pool!!!" He was "manned up" about it...trying to contain his excitement about the whole thing. Swimming with Mom, Dad, and Emmy....he was juiced! He was able to keep his emotions in check until the very end.....

YES!!! I DID IT! IN THE BIG BOY POOL! FIRST TIME! WHOOOOOOO!!! WHAT, SONNNNN-AH!!!??? YEAH-YEAH-YEAH, BBBOOOYYYEEEE!!!!

After the whole party, Dad was drunk, lying on the floor not even knowing who or what he was (I'm already used to this...how sad is that?), and Mom and Me pooped out on the sofa....its been a long day for me....Good Night.

Post Christening Party

After the gala event, the real party started at the Kane Estate. There was fun, there were games, there was music....of course we had to debut the original flow by The Kane Train (a/k/a L'il Dude), "Chris-tening" at the party. I think its a sure-fire hit....don't you? You should hear the mad beat that goes with it....CRAZY!! The boy's a genius, son!!!

Pre-During-Post Christening

Christopher Michael was purged from the bowels of damnation Saturday, July 13, 2008. This means, of course, that he is now officially bound from "The Inferno" into the open arms of our Lord and Savior....and The Pope....can't forget ol' Benedict. This is, of course, pending future behaviors and avoiding of evil ways (I sure hope he takes after his mother on this one). I give you a 3-picture still of the event. First, the pre-christening ritual, where Christopher is adorned in his, as I understand it to be, "traditional" Christening gown by his mother and Godmother (also traditional behaviors from what I understand). This is followed later in the morning (after 12:00 mass) by the actual Christening event where, among other liquids and scents such as oils and whatnot, he got the official water treatment by the Deacon of the church...the indoctorination into the realm of Catholicism. This is, of course, followed by Mom and Dad holding the newly "found" lad in his Christening garment.
